Communication and newsletters

ENF can communicate by e-mail or in other ways (by the chat system, etc) with all the users if the need arises (such as e-mailing to Enquiry users, Useful contacts, directory listing management system users, etc).

When we communicate with users by the chat system we keep logs of the chat data for reviewing and we might leave offline-messages to users.
